Notices
- Payment should be made in USD. Kindly confirm with us if you would love to pay in other currency.
- Student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors, and a valid certificate from related department should be provided.
- Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact nefes@academicconf.com or nefes@intergridconf.org for details).
- The standard registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee, paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.

Please contact the Conference Secretary via nefes@academicconf.com or nefes@intergridconf.org for bank details. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.
Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend the conference, we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no extra cost provided that we have at least one week prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and have received payment in full.All refund requests must be made via email to conference secretary at nefes@academicconf.com or nefes@intergridconf.org.
* Before May 1st, 2025: Full Refund (Please add 40 USD cancellation fee).
* From May 1st to June 25th, 2025: 50% of payment Refund.
* After June 25th, 2025: no refund.
* Non-refund on delay or force majeure events including, without limitation, natural disasters, fires, earthquake or storm, strikes, failures of public utilities or common carriers, acts of war, or intervention, acts restraints or regulations of any governmental authority, including compliance with any order of any governmental considerations.
The bank charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be totally borne by the participants.
Tips for Participants
* The participants are required to enter and exit the conference areas wearing the name tag, and not to lend the name tag to others. Non-participants are not allowed to enter the conference areas without permission.* Please keep all your belongings (laptop, mobile phone, etc.) with you in the public. The conference organizer is not responsible for loss or damage of property.
