1. Conference Registration Rate

All fees are listed in US Dollars (USD). Early registration is encouraged to take advantage of discounted rates.

The early bird rate applies to registrations completed on or before June 10, 2027. The regular rate takes effect starting June 11, 2027.

2. Registration Entitlement

3. Important Notes
Student Registration

The reduced student rate applies exclusively to registered student presenters. A valid student ID or official enrollment certificate must be submitted at the time of registration.

Payment Currency

Payments should be made in USD. If you wish to pay in another currency (e.g., RMB), please contact us in advance for instructions.

Bank Charges

All bank transfer fees must be covered by the sender. The conference organizer will not assume any transaction charges.

Registration Confirmation

Your registration is not confirmed until full payment is received. Upon confirmation, an electronic receipt will be issued. For a printed receipt, please contact nefes@intergridconf.org.

Exclusions: The standard registration fee does not include accommodation, travel expenses, visa application fees, or publication fees for SCI-indexed journals.

4. Payment Methods
Option 1: Credit Card via Payoneer
  • Log in to the Online Submission System using your paper ID.
  • Proceed to the registration module and complete payment securely via Payoneer.
Option 2: Bank Transfer
  • Please contact nefes@intergridconf.org to request the official bank details.
  • Ensure that all bank charges are paid by the sender (i.e., use "OUR" payment method).
  • After transferring funds, email your payment slip and registration details to nefes@intergridconf.org for verification.
5. Transfer, Cancellation & Postponement Policy
All requests must be submitted in writing to nefes@intergridconf.org.

Registration Transfer
  • Fully paid registrations may be transferred to another individual from the same institution or organization if the original registrant is unable to attend.
  • Transferred registrations are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued in the event of delays or force majeure events, which include but are not limited to natural disasters (such as fires, earthquakes, or storms), strikes, failures of public utilities or common carriers, acts of war, or interventions, acts, restraints, or regulations imposed by any governmental authority, including compliance with any government order.
  • Additionally, no refunds will be provided if a visa application is denied.
  • The bank charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be fully borne by the participants.
Postponement (Deferral) Policy
  • Registrations can be deferred to a future NEFES conference within two years, provided written notice is sent to nefes@intergridconf.org at least 20 days prior to the start of the originally registered event.
  • Example: A registration for NEFES 2027 may be postponed to NEFES 2028 and 2029 under this policy..
  • No refunds or transfers of registration fees will be permitted during the deferral period.
  • If the future event has a higher registration fee, the difference must be paid. No reimbursement is given for lower future fees.
Note: This deferral policy ensures flexibility for participants facing unforeseen circumstances while maintaining fairness across all attendees.
